Alleged burglary took place in Marlow
MARLOW, NH - A Bellows Falls man was arrested Friday night and is currently being held in Vermont while he awaits extradition to a courthouse in Keene, New Hampshire in connection with the theft of a gun from a residence in Marlow that was reportedly broken into back on April 13th.
At the conclusion of the investigation into the burglary, an arrest warrant was issued for Raymond Monty, 28, who was subsequently located in Westminster, Vermont around 10:30 p.m. on Friday and taken into custody by Vermont State Police troopers and Bellows Falls Police officers, according to a release from New Hampshire State Police Trooper Thomas Byrne that was issued Monday.
Monty is expected to be arraigned in the days ahead at the district courthouse in Keene on Class A felony charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking.
