At 11:54 a.m. police responded to a trespassing complaint on Norford Lake Road.


July 4

At 10:20 a.m. police responded to a tree down on Route 5, near River Road Veterinary Clinic.


At 2:42 p.m. police responded to a burglary alarm. The alarm company cancelled the alarm.


July 5

At 2:48 p.m. police responded to a vehicle that was stuck on a class 4 road.


At  3 p.m. police responded to an animal problem at the intersection of Route 4 and Route 132. A cow was eating grass right next to the roadway.


July 6

At 6:18 a.m. a car hit a deer on River Road. There were no injuries.


At 10:53 a.m. a person was suspicious of several large boulders left at various locations over the past weeks, including Stevens Road and River Road.


At 1:48 p.m. a person said his vehicle was struck while parked in the post office parking lot.


July 7

At 11:34 a.m. police responded to a dog locked in a car at Dan and Whit’s.


At 2:10 p.m. police responded to a loose horse near the roadway on Union Village Road. The neighbors were unable to coax it back to where it belonged.


At 5:32 p.m. during foot patrol, police contacted five people just north of Butternut Road. Two were issued notices of violation for possession of marijuana.
