The hike is about 2.5-miles round trip.
Difficulty? It's steep at the beginning, but then levels out and becomes more gentle. It's the perfect family hike.
Many bring their lunch to the summit, where there's a bench and a grassy area. The view from the top is stunning. It overlooks all of the Ottauquechee River Valley and gives you a glimpse of Billings Farm and Museum.
