Enfield 12-Year-Old to Represent NH in Jr. Bassmaster National Tournament

Still in need of donations to assist with travel and tourney expenses

12-year-old Cole Moulton has been active in NH fishing tournaments since he was young. He's been putting in the work, participating in youth and adult tournaments in the region and will soon be fishing for a bigger title. Cole will be representing NH in the age 7-13 age group at the Jr. Bassmasters National Tournament in Huntington, Tennessee later this month.

Unfortunately, Cole and his family found out that there are no scholarship funds to help get Cole there to compete in this tournament. His parents, Jennifer and Eric Moulton of Enfield, have been very appreciative of the support from the community that they have already received. Cole is still looking for additional business sponsors and personal sponsors to assist with the costs of travel, hotel, and food for the 6 days. They have to bring their own boat to TN for the fishing tournament, so a good chunk of the funds raised will be for gas in their truck and the boat. You can make a donation online at this website.

Cole is an honor roll student at Indian River School in Canaan, NH and plays soccer, basketball, and baseball in addition to his commitment to competitive fishing. As part of the NH Bassmasters group, he also actively participates in community service projects, such as cleaning up parks.

ESPN and BASS will be there covering Jr. Bassmasters Nationals, so tune in for the action. I'll also be posting an update from Cole with some photos while they are in Tennessee so you can cheer him on from afar. Stay tuned, and good luck to Cole and Ryder at the National Tournament!
