Police charge alleged Lebanon DUI driver with child endangerment
Tip from concerned citizen led to arrest
WEST LEBANON, NH - A West Lebanon woman whom police say was driving drunk with a young child in her car is facing a pair of criminal charges as a result.
Courtney Bailey, 34, was arrested at the Renihan Meadows apartment complex over the noon hour on Saturday after police dispatchers received a call reporting a possible intoxicated driver, Lebanon Police reported.
At the conclusion of a brief investigation, Bailey was charged with driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child before she was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges July 10 at the Lebanon District Court.
