NORWICH REZONING PLAN

Much to often the development and perpetuation of construction projects are presented as inevitable while preservation of open spaces and the environment are treated as optional. 

What may happen in Norwich if the new zoning regulations in the town plan are approved may look like this. Do we really want high density mixed use development in out town? The registered voters in Norwich should decide NOT the select board.
