Car was stopped just north of the Massachusetts border on I-91

GUILFORD, VT - A 23-year-old Lebanon, New Hampshire man is facing felony charges for allegedly possessing and transporting heroin into Vermont and for possession of cocaine following a traffic stop that occurred on Wednesday evening on Interstate 91 northbound just north of the Massachusetts border.

    Christopher Bradford was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped shortly before 8:30 p.m. and he was found to be in possession of both heroin and cocaine, Vermont State Police Trooper Sean Reilly reported.

    Bradford was arrested on the spot and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks where he was processed and eventually released with a citation ordering him to appear at the Windham County Courthouse in Brattleboro on June 6th to formally answer the charges.
