What’s Stressing You Out?
Remember that once you figure out what is causing your stress, then you can take steps to decrease those feelings of stress. And we know that stress isn’t caused by something that happens to or around us. Stress is caused by how we react to those things.
After you've kept a Stress Diary for about a week, you can analyze it and start to take action to change the way you interact with situations that cause you the feeling of being stressed.
