BAKING 101 CLASS

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION

9AM-1PM

Acclaimed pastry chef and baking instructor, Gesine Bullock-Prado, will steer you through the mixing methods and impart the knowledge that all good bakers need to create glorious baked treats. This hands-on class will transform you into a confident flour aficionado. You'll leave with a box full of treats, still warm from the oven, made by your now very capable baker's hands.
