West Lebanon woman charged with heroin possession
Felony charge now pending
WEST LEBANON, NH - Lebanon Police arrested a local woman on Thursday while they were assisting New Hampshire State Probation and Parole officers with an investigation at an apartment in West Lebanon.
As a result of the joint investigation Jessica Stebbins, 30, was arrested for felony possession of heroin and subsequently released on $7,000 personal recognizance bail pending her formal arraignment which is scheduled to take place May 8th at the Lebanon District Court.
Jessica Stebbins, 30, of Lebanon has been charged with felony heroin possession
Although she was not charged with a crime at the time, just over a year ago Stebbins was the passenger in a parked car in neighboring White River Junction, Vermont when Hartford Police rolled up during the pre-dawn hours of the morning and surprised the driver, Darryl Strong, who had a large amount of cash, heroin, and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. As a result of that bust, Strong, 37, was initially charged with heroin trafficking. He resolved his case in August with a plea deal to an amended charge of felony heroin possession for which he was sentenced to 6-months-to-4-years in jail.
