Storm Update: Interstates are 'Extremely Difficult'
The National Weather Service predicts the storm will bring at least 18 inches of snow, with two feet or more in some areas.
Interstates 89 and 91 are "extremely difficult," according to a press release from the Vermont Department of Public safety. Drivers headed home from work are urged to drive slowly and be prepared for blizzard conditions.
If your slide off the road, call Vermont State Police and they will provide transportation. VSP will not allow drivers to tow their vehicles for the time due to road conditions. Police will remove vehicles when road conditions improve.
