West Lebanon drug investigation widens
Canaan woman allegedly offered to sell police marijuana on Facebook
WEST LEBANON, NH - Friday's drug bust on Maple Street, which resulted in the discovery of an indoor marijuana growing operation on nearby Mack Avenue and the arrests of four people on drug charges, led to an additional pair of suspects being arrested on Saturday.
While investigating the initial report of suspected drug activity Friday, Lebanon patrol officers made contact with several people at an apartment building on Maple Street and came across information that suggested Nicole Farewell, 20, of Canaan was attempting to sell marijuana to people over Facebook, police reported.

During their follow-up investigation, undercover officers engaged in an online conversation on Facebook with Farewell in which the detectives allege she agreed to sell them marijuana.
When Farewell drove to the pre-arranged meeting point she was taken into custody and police quickly discovered that her passenger, Corey Riendeau, 20, of Hartland, Vermont was also in possession of marijuana, Lebanon Police Chief Richard Mello said Tuesday in a press release.
