We are currently looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator
Join our fast-paced digital media startup located in White River Junction, Vermont. We have an immediate opening for a full time Digital Sales Coordinator. Work with our Product Sales team to coordinate and support our sales effort. The hours can be flexible -- but we do need you 40 hours a week. Work from home a day of week if preferred.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to details, be energetic and able to work well both as part of a team and independently.
About the Duties:
Process digital sales insertion orders
Maintain customer invoicing in quickbooks
Communicate regularly with advertising customers about ad performance via phone, email and in person
Track and report ad inventory
Grow customer relationships through email, phone and in person support
Take on additional tasks that fit your interests and our needs
- You have experience with customer service
- Your attention to detail is unparalleled

- You enjoy listening to customer’s problems and figuring out ways to solve them
- You enjoy helping small businesses grow
- You are a proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and come up with alternative solutions quickly
- You are able to move quickly and react to constantly changing needs of the digital sales team
- You have strong written and oral communication skills
- You work well both collaboratively with other teams as well as efficiently as an individual
