Lebanon police charge Hartland man with narcotics robbery
Allegedly assaulted the victim when she tried to get her meds back
LEBANON, NH - A Hartland, Vermont man is facing a robbery charge after he allegedly grabbed narcotic medication from a woman at a residence on Trues Brook Road late Thursday afternoon and then allegedly physically assaulted her when she attempted to retrieve it.
Jonathan Stebenne, 23, of Hartland reportedly had fled the scene with the stolen narcotics before police arrived but a warrant was issued for his arrest and he was taken into custody on Friday.
Stebenne was processed at the police department and eventually released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail pending an arraignment at Lebanon District Court on the robbery charge which has been scheduled for March 6th.
