Lebanon man faces heroin dealing charges
Due to be arraigned Thursday
LEBANON, NH - A 40-year-old Lebanon resident was arrested Wednesday following a joint investigation by the Lebanon and Enfield police departments in cooperation with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force.
Brian Burgess of Mechanic Street was held overnight after he refused bail and was due in court Thursday at the Lebanon District Court to answer two felony charges alleging that he sold heroin.
Burgess is also being charged with additional misdemeanor counts of theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking stemming from a separate case investigated by the Lebanon Police Department.
