Villages of Thetford | A Photo Essay
In my last post I documented Thetford Hill, one of the town's seven villages. In this post I turn to North Thetford, Post Mills, Thetford Center, and East Thetford. I will cover the remaining villages of Rice's Mills and Union Village in my next post. As I said in the previous post, these small villages are some of the most beautiful and picturesque in the Upper Valley. Each one has its own distinct look and feel. But they all share rich history, lovely landscapes, beautiful New England architecture, and enough roads and trails for a lifetime of exploring.
