Phnom Penh: Opening Date Set For Lebanon Restaurant
The wait is almost over.
You've seen the lines--and have probably been a part of one--at the Phnom Penh Sandwich Station, serving Cambodian food to hungry Upper Valley folks who make their way to Lebanon's Colburn Park each afternoon. Soon you will be able to order your meal in the comfort of its new, permanent location just off the green on High Street in downtown Lebanon.
Everyone has been watching the renovation and focusing on the word "soon."
Monday, November 28, 2016 is the opening date of Phnom Penh's new home. Take-out only, with a slightly expanded menu. The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You will see a 15% discount and a free (and famous) sweet lemon mint iced tea if you are one of the first 10 customers on opening day.

According to owner Sarin Tin, the food trucks in Lebanon and Hanover will close on November 20. Next spring, one truck will operate in Hanover only, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Here's to opening day! I hope to see you in line.
