Fall for Books
Autumn drops books as well as leaves
I am really looking forward to reading the latest by Tana French, The Trespasser, which was published on Monday. Each of French's books features the Dublin, Ireland, Murder Squad but is told from a different squad member's point of view each time. The Guardian calls French "one of the best thriller writers we have."
I'm currently reading a September release, Bruce Springsteen's autobiography Born to Run. Like listening to the Boss himself tell you stories over a beer, it is a must-read for all Springsteen fans.
Fall is also the season for new cookbooks, and when better for Mark Bittman to publish a new one? Since he's already shown us how to cook everything, he now takes on baking with How to Bake Everything. If you like his previous cookbooks, no doubt you'll enjoy his approach to baking too.
What are you reading or looking forward to reading this season?
