State Police stop screamer of a beamer in Warner
WARNER, NH - A Manchester, New Hampshire man is facing a reckless driving charge after he was clocked heading toward New London at 133 miles per hour on Interstate 89 northbound just after 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
New Hampshire State Police Trooper Janell Smith from Concord's Troop D was on routine patrol for the morning commute when she noticed a 2007 model 550i BMW sedan weaving in and out of traffic while headed north through the town of Warner.
Trooper Smith reported that she locked the BMW on radar traveling at 133 mph in a 65 mph zone before catching up to it and arresting driver Alrick S. Barnett, 35, of Manchester.
Barnett is scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough Circuit Court on November 15.
