Safety for cyclists
Now that the roads are clear, cyclists are out and about again.   Alas!  I have seen several wearing all black - making them virtually invisible on sunny days in places where the road is shaded.

Also, for those of you who prudently wear a top in a Day-Glo color, please remember that if you cover it with a large black back pack, you will be almost invisible again.   Please make sure, either that your back pack is also brightly colored, or that it has plenty of reflector striping on it (or you could cover it with one of those cheap safety vests that road crews wear).

Help drivers to keep you safe on the roads - please.
