PLANT-BASED cooking class: BREAKING THE FOOD SEDUCTION 2/5 in WRJ

JOIN US to learn WHY some foods are so difficult to ditch.
You've been trying to eat healthier, but (fill in the blank) is so hard to get away from! COME LEARN WHY... and how to kick the habit.  We'll discuss the physiological reasons that some foods seem addicting, and how to break free, while enjoying a cooking demonstration with three recipes to sample.

$30 per person, payable by cash or check at the class.

You must RSVP in advance, however, so I can properly plan our recipe ingredient amounts.
THURSDAY, February 5th,  at the Hartford Rec Dept offices; 3rd floor: 35 Railroad Row in WRJ (across from the Court House).

Time: 5:30-7:30pm
